1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Al Taqqwa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Al Taqqwa provides Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage services, including but not limited to:

• Travel arrangements and flight bookings
• Hotel accommodations in Makkah and Madinah
• Visa processing and documentation assistance
• Ground transportation services
• Meal arrangements
• Group coordination and support services

3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

• Bookings are subject to availability
• All bookings must be confirmed with required documentation and payment
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking request

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment must be completed before the departure date
• All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit cards

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the time of cancellation relative to the departure date:

• Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: 70% refund
• Cancellations made 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund
• No refund for no-show or services not utilized

5. Passport, Visa, and Documentation

Clients are responsible for:

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• All required documentation for visa application
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Ensuring all documents meet regulatory requirements
• We are not liable for visa refusals by authorities

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all pilgrims. Al Taqqwa may facilitate insurance arrangements but is not responsible for coverage, claims, or services provided by insurance companies.

7. Liability Limitations

Al Taqqwa shall not be liable for:

• Any delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Medical emergencies or health issues during the journey
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or political unrest
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

8. Code of Conduct

Pilgrims must:

• Follow Islamic guidelines and religious requirements
• Respect Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
• Adhere to dress code and behavioral standards
• Follow instructions from group leaders and guides
• Maintain proper behavior throughout the journey

9. Force Majeure

Al Taqqwa is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, or airline failures.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any aspect of our services due to operational requirements, regulatory changes, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Al Taqqwa and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
